Child pornography is punishable. Anyone who produces, imports, stores, circulates, offers, shows or makes accessible pornographic material featuring children will be sentenced to prison. Even electronic procurement or possession is punishable. Anyone who performs sexual acts with children under 16, induces them to such acts or includes them in a sexual act will be sentenced to up to five years in prison. Anyone who mistakenly believes a child is already 16 years old but could have avoided the mistake will be sentenced to prison. Anyone who commits exhibitionist acts, including with webcams, will be sentenced to up to six months in prison or fined on application. |
